Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that our Special Olympics Ontario community is located on/in territoire traditionnel des Haudenosaunee, des Anishinabewaki, des Attiwonderonk, des Mississaugas, la première Nation des Mississaugas du Crédit, et des Wendake-Nionwentsio. Ce territoire est couvert par le Traité 19 de 1818.

Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work, live and play on this land.
